i dont have a work and cant geet one until the summer and i dont get an allowence i call for the dress by june though how do i make the money??

Some stores will hold something for you (that way, not a soul else buys it, or they run out) and you could ask your parents for the money with the promise to rate it back or work it sour. Since its only $25.00.
Or, if it's online, you could look up some coupon codes for the site and sometimes can draw from free free shipping, or 15% off, or something, so it will be a bit cheaper. Or wait somewhat while, most things go on mart, especially if it's more of a spring type dress. By summer it could be on sale.
