Need backing next to selling my pie to local restaurants.?
I have a pie that I take home at the bakery I work in. My father and I are the solitary two people who own the recipe. It is a big success and I am selling it at the core grocery store and a restaurant in my home town. One problem I am running into is, the owners of other restaurants and grocery stores are concerned roughly me selling it to other businesses. My whole aim is to get the entitle out there and to generate it well set. It is starting to do so now. But I want to dance as far as I can. What is a good path to explain to the owners I want to sell to as plentiful places as I can without loosing the martAnswers: Tell them that as long as you are an independent seller, you will hold your product in as several locations as possible. Tell them that, at this time, you are not looking to be exclusive with simply one restaurant or business. Let them know that you are honored to be featured at their business! If they show you the door, take your product out to as many places as possible. The proof is contained by the pie - as to how good your product is! Good luck!

Simple answer is you do not need any approval.
More complex answer is...
will you be calling from the UK, EU or other part of the pack of the world?
If from within the EU you will inevitability to check that each number you propose to phone is not registered with the TPS (telephone nouns service) or you can and will be prosecuted.
If selling goods or services that are distributed from inside the EU you will need to comply near trading standards legislation, and if the product is financial based you will call for to use registered telesales people and comply next to certain legislation - depending on the product/ service.
As you own seen from the initial responses here this pursuit is not well received here - BUT it does work.
If you are sourcing cellular phone number lists from in the UK then I also believe the provider of that information is liable for how it is used so you will obligation to comply with:
DPA - information protection Registrar
TPS protected numbers - changes weekly so you cannot rely on a detail purchased as complying - it is down to the company making the calls to check.

Is the information you require generic or specific? maybe one of the big open market research firms can sell you the results you are looking for?

It may be easier to hire a marketplace survey/research company. They should be able to identify and contact an appropriate and representative example for your company's survey.
Generally they also offer questionnaire design (so that the headset survey will not be too long which results in large dropout rate, or the question wording individual leading), quality control on the phone interviewers and facts analysis.
