Am i wrong?
i moved n with someone for 2 months they never mentioned a pyment plan or ne article but i still chipped in on the oil lamp bill. Now after 2 months and i have moved that personage says i owe them money . i disallow 2 pay . AM I WRONG?Answers: No agreement contained by writing? They are screwed.
Now thats the legal side.
The moral side. You should discharge something. If you have the faculty don't you think you should discharge something. Maybe not what they are asking but 'chipping' in for a insubstantial bill is hardly paying your unprejudiced share. What about wet, food, extra cleaning, wear and tear on the appliances?
Now perchance there be some other things involved here, you don't say. That would involve to be taken into account. But base on what you have posted you look resembling a mooch that took advantage of a friend.
i wouldnt compensate because it wasnt part of the agreement.
especially if you didnt sign anything!
Depend on the agreement ,did you signed up for something that you havent rate ? if you didnt signed anything, then its OK you right.
i wouldn't clear because it wasn't part of the agreement.
especially if you didn't sign anythings ago .and also it
Depend on the agreement ,did you signed up for something that you haven't take-home pay ? if you didn't signed anything, then its ok Then no problem.
Is this a bleak concept?
I owe a realty where I used to rent an apartment around $1,700. Over time, with interest, it have risen to almost $4,000. The realty has long since turned me over to an outside agency, a imperative office that also does collections (I guess?? Is this mundane?) Anyway, they had my current address wrong, so I didn't hear from them ever until not long, when they sent me a certified letter. (SCARY). They want me to payment something like $200 a month. I'm a college student (my parents are really the ones that owe them, for not paying my room/board close to they were supposed to at one point). Anyway, I'm a college student who works proletarian for $8 an hour. I don't get parental support anymore, so I wage my own cable/net bill and my own rent and everything else. When I told the collections/lawyer people I could merely pay close to $20 a month until I complete school, they said that if I needed that deal made, I needed to photocopy a settle up stub of mine and also all my bills, so I can show the person in charge honchos..Answers: Yes, they may garnish your wages. But explicitly probably the worst that will happen if you transport them your information. It is typical for collections agencies to request your bills and check in command to set up what they determine to be "reasonable payments." If you don't start paying them fund, the amount will continue to grow exponentially and will soon be sophisticated than your students loans. It is typical for businesses (like apartment complexes) to "sell" their debts to collections agencies, who then trade name their money by charging you more and more, and all they enjoy to do is continue to give the name you and send post until you pay them. There is awfully little you can do at this point except to set up the payment plan. Once you enjoy paid it adjectives back, you will want to run a credit report and be sure to acquire the smear taken off.
Your solitary other "out" would be to offer to distribute them post-dated checks for $20 a month until it is paid past its sell-by date.
Welcome to adulthood! Hang within there!
