Why don't you try a real not for profit agency? The Red Cross or a womens shelter. Or perchance a place like "My Sisters Closet" beside this agency you donate the clothing and they give it to women to assist them out as they go into the workforce. Also you may want to check out Domestic Violence agencies, when a woman leaves a dom viol relationship, sometimes they just get out near the clothes on their back. Or contact your local hospital ER's; rape victims that dance there hold to leave their clothing for evidence after the crime; they may enjoy a use for for other clothing too.
