Answers: Well first of adjectives, you would have better luck to convey them a letter next to real communication. Most emails do not get read. However, most businesses do respond to letters correspondence. I will show you how I would have written it.

ok, I used to deal beside department of Energy, and the best way to go and get them to talk next to you is to call them directly. What you own done is sent them an unsolicited email... and that usually will end up within the SPAM email. So look up a number to contact them, and go from nearby. It may take you a few tries but most population like to sustain, and they will direct you to the website most appropriate. They will not send you an email sice it open pandora's box to federal government sites.
