1. Amount of Salary
2. Is the individual the is Head of the Family
3. Is part of your income exempt because of faultless other circumstances.

why would it take 70k to start a website? you can write most of the code yourself for free - you'll call for a business plan and you won't get any project caps predisposed to invest as little as 70k - plus with a VC investor - you'll lose most of the actual ownership - you own to start it on your own and if you hit a million visitors a hours of daylight, then I don`t know you'll attract investors
