Decent alternative to Bank of America?
I've had it near Bank of America and want to switch to a different bank or credit league. I just moved, so I'm going to look into local credit union too, but are there any national bank that don't rip off their customers?. I am sick of Bank of America because the organization are usually rude and twice in olden times year they have altered the writ that my checking/debit account transactions posted so that my report would go glum and be charged overage fees. How is it legal for them to do this? Is this something that adjectives banks do immediately? Can I complain to the Better Business Bureau or something about this?If anyone can recommend a national wall or credit union that they prefer, I'd be grateful. A guard with a special student rate checking/debit justification would be great, also.

I was traveling & needed saloon service at Goodyear in some podunk city. They did a GREAT available job on me, so I applied for the Goodyear credit card. Citibank rejected my application for the reason that I be not local. Not local to what? That podunk town where I needed service? No, not local to Chicago HQ of Citibank, which be hundreds of miles from 99% of the Goodyear places with the credit card applications for their customers.

I started getting phone call that my TEXACO credit card was astern in anyone paid. I do not enjoy a TEXACO credit card. I thought "uh oh, have I be hit by identity theft?" so I call the 1-800 customer service # on the message. It took me a while to get answers when I refuse to give out any info they did not already hold (my phone #) ... I told the lady who asked for my social financial guarantee # that for all I know, you are the credit mafia ... I stipulation to find out why you are calling me on a credit card I do not have.
Well it be AMOCO I was at the rear in paying, but Citibank is computer incompetent ... they have bought out AMOCO credit card.
Then there are bank worse than BoA & Citibank.
