Has UPS lost their Quality and Reliability?

I work (a) home,,I build Pc's for various companies and 4 home users aswell. So I rely on shipping...Oerders come mostly form Newegg,,but I own other various sites, and copanies I lay down from aswell...Have noticed that UPS is alomost other late, Even though I settle 4 next hours of daylight or 2 day,, Sometimes it take 1-2 weeks.I have switched over to FedEx and haven't have any issues. But I still have to use UPS for other directives.

I'am tired of getting credit and having to return broken items that I know they broke,,but they don't bring any responibility.

What the heck is going on with them??they used to be reliable,,,why the turn around?

Answers: I am so glad to hear I am not the solitary one who has have problems with UPS. But sorry for you as I know it is frustrating!
I did complain beside no results. I basically get blown off and argued next to. UPS drove around for a week with a picnic basket of cookies and goodies that I ordered on-line that cost me almost $100 without figure out where to deliver it. They probably molded! The one and only way I found out that they hadn't be delivered however is that I happened to check the UPS website and saw that they hadn't be delivered nonetheless. I called and finally, they put me through to the supervisor of that nouns who completely argued with me, even though I walk him through exactly where to deliver it too. Supposedly, that driver have that business route for 10 years and still they didn't deliver my item to a business that has be there over 10 years. The final time I talked to that supervisor, he sent it hindmost to the bakery the next daytime without, once again, recounting me what was going on. It have been a massively upsetting and frustrating ordeal. I agree with you to in a minute use FedEx.
I am not sure what has happen to UPS but some idiots are in charge. Good luck!
Have you taken complaints through the system?

There are such things as impossible drivers, that UPS will never know about until you complain.

Is everything properly insured?
If you do claims on insurance, the insurance companies will crack down on the places that explanation them repeat claims, to put a stop to bad practices.
we use to use ups also but more or less 6 months ago we had them disqualified from entering our property due to an issue with a driver. The higher-up's could exactness less. There is a sign at our conferral dock that states any ups driver will be charged with trespassing. Its the reach a deal of the town, all the other abdication drivers tell everyone roughly it.
switched to dhl. dhl has be the best delivering cross country within mostly 2 days even for ground packages.

after our experiences I web search ups sucks and the experiences everyone else is having is frightening. Check it out
i proclaim from vitamin shoppe every other week and had not have problems yet

so conceivably it is only surrounded by your part of town. they cant find perfect help

Why is yahoo getting rid of 1,ooo employees?

Answers: ** THEY PROBABLY DON'T NEED PEOPLE ANYMORE.THEY GOT COMPUTERS! SO SAD WAT THIS WORLD IS COMING TO! OOOOO.AMERICA...LAND OF THE FREE MY ASSSSSSSSS!
Rae,

Have you seen the stock market the last two weeks or the news? It is plummeting and there have been talks about a recession. So if things keep going as poorly as they have expect more then the people at Yahoo to be losing jobs.
Rae, Sweety. It ALL boils down to Money. Yahoo is losing money and has to trim its expenses somehow. The easiest and quickest way to reduce expenses is to reduce the size of a companies workforce. The Way Wall Street is going, dragging the entire world economy down with it, I can forsee a lot more layoffs across MANY industries.

A epistle to a company?

Write a letter to the leader of a company stating that you have ordered a specific ring and get the wrong one
and you want the matter to be delt next to urgently because all the phone call you have made to rectify the situation did not work

Answers: When you write your communiqu¨¦, run it through spell checker & grammar checker, so it looks professional.

Include specific details on the charge they botched, the nature of the dissatisfaction you experienced.

Give some thought to whose attention this should dance, such as Customer Service Manager, or higher up.

At the bottom of the epistle, inform them that you are sending a copy of your complaint letter to the Better Business Bureau.

Send the dispatch in a road that they have to sign for it, to register that they received it, and you own proof of this. I suggest that you do NOT send it by e-mail, but rather use FedX or some other service where on earth signing for the letter is ordinary business practice. You see if signing is not normal practice, they can veto it. This way, you hold proof it arrived, but probably some low level clerk did the actual signing, so immediately it is in the company.

The copy you transport to Better Business Bureau does not need to be fairly as formal. Send it to the BBB office located closest to the business you are complaining in the region of.

The Better Business Bureau will send an independent communication to the CEO of the company asking going on for the disposition of your complaint.

How did you pay for this?

If you remunerated by credit card, contact your credit card company and ask for your money back, because you be defrauded by the company from which you bought the ring. The credit card company will condiuct their own investigation.

If and when you seize satisfaction, inform both BBB and your credit card company what the outcome be.
