What is a T3 or a 501 T3 corporation?

I just have a call from someone who informed me that he be from a 501 T3 company-he said I have a coup¨¦ for sale (which I don't-I haven't owned a sports car in 20 yrs.) and that he put seller together with buyers-any accepted wisdom?

Answers: Are you sure that it wasn't a 501(c)3, not t3? A 501(c)3 is a non-profit organization/charity. It could be like American Cancer Society, United Way, Humane Society, Boy Scouts or even a church. Because they are a non-profit company, they are exempt from income taxes. It sounds like this guy considered necessary to help you find a buyer for your (non-existent) saloon and have you donate your proceeds from the vehicle sale to his non-profit structure. Charitable donations to non-profit 501(c)3 organizations are charge deductible for the person making the donation.

What do you suppose of UPS?

Right now I'm really upset next to them because they failed to deliver my husband his offering yesterday. They have have plenty of time and they couldn't tell me when it would be deliver. It's a perishable item. The excuse was "emergency conditions". There be school yesterday. I didn't own any problem with the conditions driving. The problem didn't come about on the bad weather time. They apparently were deliver on that day up until 4:42pm. I'm really upset. I own complained. No promise on delivery and they can't even report to me when it will be delivered. The hours for pick up don't work for me. I own to work. It's close but not that close. There is a lot of traffic and roads that are convulated so I wouldn't know how to pick it up in a plausible time. I'm not familiar beside the area.

You didn't specify what you expected by "plenty of time".

UPS is a terrific company. When I was surrounded by the air freight business next to other companies, I saw what the folks at UPS did and how they did it.

There isn't a company in the world which doesn't net mistakes.

Sometimes it's the shipper's fault.

At others its the customer's responsibility for not order the merchandise soon enough.

Still others: its a combination of the company you ordered the merchandise from, the shipper AND you, the customer.

I THINK your "beef" could be near the company you ordered from. Perhaps they got things mixed-up. I THINK you should speak near a customer service rep and get some credit or discount for the shipping charges. BUT that's MY opinion.

When your husband get the package it will be that more special.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoy answering it!

I'm sorry :( They really have be getting bad lately, I'm still waiting for a bundle from them too, fortunately it wasn't a gift, but I own to agree with the post above who said they've be #1 for too long, and also there seem to be too many relatives in every pasture who just don't come across to care around doing a good employment.

When i sell my item on eBay can i use any kind of box to ship it?

Answers: Of course you can,

You can use anything to ship it in, boxes, envelopes, postal bags, brown paper everything. As long as it arrives there safe, i dont think the buyer will mind. Just remember to wrap it up well (lots of tape so it doesnt come apart and bubble wrap if necessary)

A lot of users also re-use envelopes and boxes to post stuff out in. This is fine as long as you reflect this in the shipping costs.

It wouldnt be ethical to charge a lot of money for handling and shipping (Envelopes & postage) if you are re-using an envelope or box youve received.

Hope this helps!
It's a question of keeping "good faith" with the buyer. You are expected to pack and ship to avoid damage under normal conditions. (For UPS, "normal conditions" include dropping the package off the tailgate of their trucks. Beware!)
