Cashing a bounced check after three months?
I make quarterly payments for a debt owed. Three months ago I compensated a company by check which it bounced. They requested a new check and they cashed it merely two weeks later. They never sent me the check put a bet on. Now after three months they try to cash the first one-time check after I just engineer the quarterly payment and it clears. What should I do?Answers: I would contact them (the offending company), describe them what they did, ask for them to send the check to you & if at hand are any charges from it ask them to pay it. If you procure nowhere with the first individual that you talk to ask to speak next to a supervisior. Then I would call my edge if only to agree to them know what is going on.
Come to think of it possibly this should be your first call & check to be sure in that were no charges because of what that company did.

This make no sense. The bank would enjoy the check that bounced. The company doesn't receive the check back nor do you

Machinery Held but not used contained by daily operation. Does it still qualify under PP&E on Balance Sheet?Answers: Yes it does. Always have always will.

Piece of machinery...... Held but not used surrounded by daily operation....does it still qualify to be under PP&E on the set off sheets?Answers: It not how often or if it used or not that craft machinery PP&E, , but it needs to be imperative to business operations and it can not be some slickly liquidated.
Not sure what your thinking just about, but what comes to mind is backup or contengency equiptment.
