Hi folks, can anyone enlighten me what is the shipping charge to distribute a laptop from USA to Bangalore(India).?

I used a flat rate box available at the post organization. They offer wto sizes and one be big enough to fit within the laptop. I bough a small roll of bubble wrap and used styrofoam peanuts. I really back the laptop all right. Flat rate boxes are around $7.00 no matter what they weigh when chock-full. I bought the extra insurance for something like $3.00. Because I be shipping to a military post in Iraq shipping be slow... probably about two weeks but that be more because of the military mail transference scheduel than anything else. I found that FedEx is a bit more expensive and always finds a agency to damage the box which make me nervous contained by shipping expensive, delicate items resembling a laptop.

That is whats called A Poor Mans Copyright and here is what you want to do make 3 copies of your song and date them ,have adjectives 3 copies notorized then place contained by envelopes and send to three trusted friends , relatives and yourself with instructions not to start on the letters to store them within a safe place. This will allow you to use the dated packages as proof of your writing the songs prior to them being published or used by others , this works next to a lot of things not only just songs it is used for inventions also ....BUT a legal copyright is best!!
