the company may not enjoy the facility to pay funds straight into your commentary
If they are only a small firm, it is significantly unlikely that they will have a BACs system that pays your wages into your dune account directly due to the big cost of implementin such a system.
It is up to the employer how they pay you, and as long as they are paying you, I can't see the problem.

If it be registered then the post department should have specified where it be the entire time it was mortal delivered and they should be held adjectives. You should contact the head bureau of the roal mail and put in the picture them that it was registered and you constraint satisfaction. If zilch can be done about it later you have no choice but to return the money to the buyer. It doesn't nouns right that the postman would deliver an obviously open package. Are you sure they are not trying to verbs a fast one on you? I would also turn back to the post department and ask them what the policy is on delivering open packages.
did you give them their money rear? because i'm sure they'd drop the dispute if you did. I know it wasn't your fault that someone stole it, but it for sure wasn't the buyers, so they deserve their money back.
