I have be working for a Researcg & Development Company for the past years 8, There be 2 people doing the Simulation Analyst assignment, one of my mate left the company after 15 years gone to Australia to work he be a family man. I am loved ones man myself worked along with him in that. Now there is an opportunity for that place, lot of culture in my work interested and bothering me and asking me to train them up and verbs my Expertise and Skills which I have earn in days gone by 8years. Even my Boss asked me how do I feel going on for Transfering my Expertise and Skills to others in the organisation. I own not given him any answer yet, told him I will regard about it. As a statute biding citizen I do not mind sharing some of my skilss with others contained by fareness to others. Since my mate left the company, I find it difficult to do my on a daily basis work and face-up this bothers, How do I go give or take a few handle this professionally ? Any Suggestions Please
