If anything, that is. I am the member of staff, and not the employer.I am putting together a narrative of the situation -- anything else you can think of? Thanks!
Answers: I haven't be on your side of it but I have be on the management side a couple of times. Bring as much documentation as you can. Dates, times, what happen, who said what, who witnessed it, etc. You want to be as specific as you can be. Some things are documentable through company records, such as time keeping documents etc, Some things will just enjoy to be your notes. Anytime anything happen that would potentially part of the greivance it should be documented. The item is some cases are legitimate and some are not. Some are done within retaliation to management. So they UN armed forces want as much proof as you can give them. You can bet that administration will have theirs. That is why you want to be as specific as possible and document everything. Trust me when I convey you the EEOC is not the brightest bunch I have ever met; they completely screwed my defence up and missed a slew of witnesses and failedf to contact me personaly on my case; oh, they did contact the company I worked for, afterwards failed on my wrapping up near 100%.
