THX!
They pay doesn`t matter what the minimum wage is for your state.

Have you ever? 10 points for best answer!?

Have you ever filed a complaint (with employer, or outside agency) for retaliation or nouns - with beat that company polices are only anyone enforced on YOU, and although the same situation applies to oodles others, only YOU own been "disciplined"?

Or for retaliation, if possibly you questioned an "age" discriminatory policy, didnt carry a good answer from the boss, contacted HR, and afterwards got "discplined" almost without delay afterward for a policy that has never be enforced previously, or is ONLY being enforced on YOU?

Answers: You shouldnt be disciplined for these whereabouts. Seems to me followed the right steps. You should contact your corporate or home office just about this. Your company should have an 'Open Door Policy', goal that you can go address to whomever you like, minus the fear of retaliation.

Life's to short to hold resentment, ask yourself what would God do? Did he retaliate? or did he just preserve teaching ethnic group his positive message? HMMM

Yes, I did file an EOC complaint base on age. I was going to apply for a supervisory position. Within newly a few weeks, I was offered a recreational position. This was not economically practical for me to accept. It be also after I had be in an misfortune on company time. I was tolerate go by the company. EOC said that my "equals" be being treated duplicate but not true. Didn't fight it because lawyer would have cost too much.
It's adjectives in the opening you file a complaint next to your HR Dept.

My advice is instead of out loud going to them write a letter just about the situation and send it surrounded by the mail "Certified" (this bearing you have proof that they received it). They enjoy to get near you right away it is the law. Each time you own a problem send it this path and make sure you document the conversations you own with anyone concerning the issues. If they fire you for the things you complained just about then you may enjoy the right to sue the company. But please consult a lawyer first formerly taking any legal achievement.

Yes, this exact thing happen to me. I filed a claim and be retialiated against for three years. I work for a large ridge and they could care smaller amount.

Look for a new charge, because it does not end. I get canned after 10 years beside the employer and added value. I be the number one in my nouns in client retention and sale. So even producing revenue did not stop the cease firing!
Yes, I simply got a determination that I be eligible for unemployment benefits from the Department of Labor. Here is what the determination be: "You were discharged for vandalism of a company rule; you were any unaware of the rule, or the rule be not reasonable or not uniformly enforced. A disregard of the employer's interests have not been established." The employer have 15 days to appeal. If they appeal, I will go to a audible range. If they do not, I will be headed to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to database a complaint of sexual harassment, age nouns and retaliation for my participation contained by a protected activity. (I file a complaint about tactless behavior in a appointment center where a supervisor be discharged and another employee suspended. The one who be suspended was promoted to a position within HR and was surrounded by the room when I was wrongfully discharged.) Sounds close to you have a similar situation to mine. Stand up for yourself and trade name your complaint as detailed as possible. If you still have not be dismissed, I would go straight to the EEOC and report a complaint. They can't do anything to you because you have in a minute engaged within what they call a "protected stir." There is hope for employees, the problem is that most are to afraid to stand up for themselves or other for disquiet of job loss. It's lamentable, but if satisfactory people would stand up for their rights, more employer would be forced into complying with honourable labor practices. Good luck!
