Are we heading to another Great Depression?

Answers: No.
I dont' know if it will be another GREAT depression. But i would say I beleive a recession is going to hit us. Which may not be that bad... considering cost of housing, gas, FOOD. I understand why people are becoming more heavy becuase good, healthy food is VERY expensive. I'm a single student and budget for organic food but still... why should we have to pay more to become more healthy?... oopps getting side tracked.

I would say yes we are. We have discussed it greatly in some of my social work classes
Quite possibly-there are a lot of similarities between the 30's and now(Northern Rock etc). Too much high risk credit is one problem. The second problem is that the majority of capital is owned by a very small percentage of the country(UK).With too little wages and too high prices for the lowest paid, consumerism, which thus far has been funded by loans, will inevitably fall as the credit bubble bursts. Big business will then suffer, and more banks will fail, as they save capital instead of redistributing. That is the start of what might become even WORSE then the GREAT DEPRESSION of the THIRTIES.

India : "Nano", the coup¨¦ of rising India - WBengal is equally to praise..?

It is now particular to the world how the "father" of innovative low priced car "Nano", Ratan Tata be passing sleepless night before its release. Its a great engineering act for India when its rising to compete with the world.

So plentiful detractos ..inside and outside India..tried hard to prevent the launch. The issues raise deliberately to hault the saloon as it may start a (downward) price war worldwide. Issues not raised within other cars, four and two wheelers were raise here only...1) Congestion 2) Emission 2) Petrol discount ...etc. Amazing .. !!)

If you praise Tata Motors, Ratan Tata, the great automobile engineers associated with the project, may you not spend few words surrounded by praise of WBengal Govt. and its managers ? They equally saw a dream contained by the project to allot land at Singur..? Despite adjectives resistance, malaigning..? Naksals-media-Intellectuals-vested-inter... turned to "friends of farmers" all on a sudden ? No concern for the growing "un-employment"...? No..

Answers: yes they too deserve praise..and profoundly of it.collectively they have increased the pride of Indian automotive industry
yes

but first your state citizens and your state politicians has to praise.
The concept of four wheeler thankful family come into existence .INDIA is proud of that .Six Decades after Independence We are going to prove that Jawaharlal Nehru 's
Mixed Economy concept is a pathway breaking theory for Modern Development .Chaha gee! your highness ,We pray for thee ! JAI HIND !
Praise go to all the engineers, the backend staff, the West Bengal Govt equally. But it's largely due the pushiness of Mr.Ratan Tata that this entire project saw a positive end. Had he, approaching any other businessman, decided to pack up after Mamta's dramatic protests, after we would've never got to see the industrial marvel of "Nano". Today the world is chitchat about India, and the "Nano", merely because of Mr.Tata.
Good show M/S Tata. The car can singular evolve further. WE Indians need to support home Industries.
Congratulations to Bengalis too!

How many bosses do you have?

Answers: My wife and my dog.
I was the youngest of 12 brothers and sisters, so I had 11 bosses back then. After they married, I had 22 bosses. Then I went to work for a man who thought he was boss and a woman who tried to be boss. I was promoted and I became boss.

Then I retired and now I have only one boss, my conscience, which pokes and prods and noses into everything I do. I've tried several times to get rid of this boss, but nothing works.
