I am a teacher and I live paycheck by paycheck. How can this affect me? I am already watching outstandingly closely what I spend and how I spend it. Holiday shopping was to a minimum this year, and I am competent to survive and stay afloat like this. I also hear gas prices will increase around 3.75 per gallon by spring.
