I get scammed by this company. How do i report to BBB roughly it??
I got scammed by this company. I call them regarding return but they wouldn't answer i even tried e-mail they still wouldn't give any response. So i am going to report them to BBB. But how do i do that?? If i sent BBB some message or something what should that like look. Thanks much for any help out.Answers: Record all the date and times that you contacted them; make copies of adjectives your receipts. Tell your story simply, without editorializing. Make a emergency on the company that scammed you also, sending it certified mail. Give them ten to thirty days to respond.
If they won't contribute you your money back, depending on how much it be, you might try filing suit for your money contained by Magistrate Court, or whatever small claims court you enjoy in your nouns. You would have proof that you asked for your money and they didn't respond. If a in principle large company scammed you, you might look them up on www.ripoffreport.com/. This website is hugely informative.
Whatever you decide to do, suitable luck.
The BBB is a scam.
Companies pay dues to them, so they won't do anything if that company is paying to them.
You want to contact the affairs of state agencies in your state/city and also give the name the police and ask them about dealing next to fraud.
BBB.org is the site for lodging complaints, but what do you think they are going to do?
They dont do anything but log your complaint, and distribute a notice to the company. If they arent responding to you, why do you suppose they'll respond to the BBB. Did you check them out at the BBB BEFORE you gave them your money? Probably not, and not masses people do.
While they are not a "scam" they are merely a public consumer business, but has no canon enforcement capabilities.
Here's their charter right from their website:
"Use our protected shopping site to locate companies that are members of their local Better Business Bureau, pledge to stumble upon the BBBOnLine Reliability standards for ethical online business practices and have agreed to resolve complaints using the BBB's dispute resolution program or a similar program. Companies must live up to these promises or lose the right to remain contained by our program. There are currently 39280web sites covered by the BBBOnLine Reliability seal."
