Don't waste your time or money on ANY of the online surveys or multi-level marketing [MLM] scam. There are even websites which claim to have "checked out adjectives the money making sites" they then steer you into their scam! My wife spent months looking, she found nought real. Besides, near an MLM after you’ve called adjectives of your friends & relatives, no doubt antagonizing a few, who do you, open market to?

i am a team head, and my supervisor asked me to fill out my own review (i never hear of this in my life). Asked to register 3 significant milestones/measurable results. For the life of me i do not to write. Is he wrong for doing this? Also do u enjoy suggestions on what to write?Answers: I always have the people I be going to evaluate do their own also. It is a great tool for discussion on both sides.
Write about the things you own done well, increased value, reduced turnover, improved communication, doesn`t matter what the items might be.

As a leader you should be capable of measure whether your subordinates are doing their mission. Setting goals, budgets does no honourable unless you can see that you are actually update them.
