does anyone know where/website that can provide this info?

Answers: I suggest you call the company's nonspecific phone number. Hopefully a secretary answers as oppose to a mechanism, if one does, ask her/him what the name of the personality in such and such position is and if you can hold their email while you're at it. This is information they will be happy to afford to you and is never confidential. It's available if you just ask.
This is private information solitary avail ale to internal global directories; unless, unsurprisingly, you personally know someone inside who will abet you.

What happen when a company does not respond to a BBB complaint???

As it seems that the company I file the complaint against is not responding to the complaint as the have till tomorrow and I wrote the complaint sometime until that time Christmas

Answers: Actually, nothing. A company can choose to rebuke or respond to BBB

BBB is just a non profit institute tasked with upholding "truth surrounded by advertising." It is not a administration agency, and has no trial mandate to go after companies when inhabitants complain to them. It is not FTC or the Attorney General's office where on earth there can be severe consequences if someone complains against you

In certainty BBB -- like other non profits -- is aggressive contained by raising funds by calling companies (the drastically same companies that people report) and asking them to be a partaker for $300+ a year and for the right to put their logo on their websites.

BBB has no endorsed teeth. All that will happen is the cynical report will be on the website of BBB with a data that they tried to contact the company but the company never responded

Think of BBB only as a guide, nil more and nothing smaller quantity.
imisidro is correct
the BBB is essentially worthless , do not use it as a value rating tool for any company
bizrate.com and other websites will furnish you a better profile of a given company ( assuming they have a Internet presence )
look at adjectives the Brooklyn bases camera sale on the web, few if any are member of the BBB, and even if you filed a complaint none of them prudence, but they do get touchy if a denial review on business review site is left nearly them ( and even then they do not safekeeping )
The previous answers are right.
Last year I filed a complaint near the BBB. The company responded (an accusatory letter clich¨¦ we are refusing to recompense them, and we had, next to a credit card). I wrote back to the BBB, and never hear from them again. This is what their website now say:

The BBB processed a total of 1 complaint about this company within the last 36 months, our standard reporting time of year.Of the total of 1 complaint closed in 36 months, 1 be closed in the concluding year.

Repair Issues BBB Definition:
Repair Issues - Claims of alleged incorrect diagnosis of a problem, delay surrounded by completion of repair, or inferior workmanship.

Resolved BBB Definition:
Resolved - The company resolved the complaint issues.
1 - Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer inferior to acknowledge acceptance to the BBB.

No appreciation to BBB, the time to dispute my credit card is over. You are much better off doing any that, or filing a complaint beside the government department that licensed them (e.g. DoT for movers, state Attorney General's office etc). BBB does not mediate, arbitrate or enforce allowed action, rule agencies do. Good luck!
I agree with the first answer, but not the second. The BBB have no enforcement power, but it's not worthless. If you check with them and a company have a history of not responding to complaints, then that's a clear indicator that you should bear your business elsewhere.

Actually, many businesses pay no attention to websites that post consumer complaints. I always did. Anyone can post a complaint on a website, even if the company did nil wrong and the complaint was totally unjustified.
