What the cheapest approach to profile for a trademark?
please i d like to directory a trademark but idont want to take advocate and pay profoundly, iam not rich, thank you
Answers: The cheapest way is to database the trademark yourself directly at the US Patents and Trademark Office.
As long as you can understand the instructions, you can do the process yourself contained by 30 minutes or less. Just be sure you enjoy everything you need (e.g. if the trademark have been used by yourself beforehand the filing, proof of use such as brochures, etc) -- chiefly the credit card.
Trademark processing fees is $325-375 per trademark http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/qs/o...
Here's the instructions on how to apply for a trademark online http://www.uspto.gov/web/trademarks/work...
I helped my husband report his trademark 3 years ago. No lawyers needed.
In proclaim to establish a trademark, though, you have to already be using as slice of the sale of a product. So you will inevitability to show them some form of proof that you are selling something, an item or service, with that term or logo on it. Don't fear that using it, you'll lose it. As long as you can document the first date you used it, and you used it first, it's yours.
Then, start here first:
http://www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm
On the right-hand side, click on Search and see if the phrase you want to trademark is already taken. If not...
The charge for a new Trademark application is $325 per class of services if you wallet electronically, $50 more if you do it by paper. Per class way each opening it is being used. If it's representing your company or product, that's newly one. But a multi-use would be like SONY, using that same trademark for TV products, compact disc music products, films, etc. You probably don't fall into this category -- you should be so lucky, right?
Be warn that you do not get any money put money on if they decide someone else have the trademark... so that search part of the pack is really important. If they establish, nope, it's already taken... you lose the $325 (or $375)! You can dispute the claim, by petitioning the director, but that costs another $100!
So that's the whole constituent that you pay a advocate for. They basically do a amazingly extensive search, including trademarks file within times gone by few days, and verify that it is available. And of course, they charge you a huge duty for their time.
Then, once you file, it seem like it take FOREVER before they procure back to you. I presume we filed within early June and get it approved the following year in belated February! So be patient. Once you enjoy filed, not a soul else can come in after you and appropriate it from you, provided they can't prove they were commercially using the trademark until that time you.
If you doing it on your own, the best bet is to make your trademark so unmatched that no one else could enjoy possibly thought of it. And then check the Seach pick... and sometimes be surprised that, nope, someone else already thought of it.
Good luck!
Umm ya i ordered a phone from let consult and it be shipped Jan,9 and it be shipped fedex 2 afternoon and i be?
wonderin if it would be here 2 morrow friday?Answers: ummmm well,, uhhhh ummmm. ya, I mingy, wellll
why don't you check the tracking on the fed ex website
Most plausible but if no one is home when feed x gets here they take it to the local depot and go away you a card that you have to come in that and pick it up. Then you ask yahoo maps how to obtain there as they make a contribution you an address but no directions.
