I am right now within a stage in which i hold a good available job ,a good gross and a decent sandbank balance but that might adjectives change within a few years since I am going back to graduate school,never thought i might have to consider it but I hold to start being scant about how I spend..what are the money pitfalls you enjoy faced surrounded by your life and how would you suggest to avoid them,I guess i would suggest staying of credit cards and avoiding trying to own a motor (down payments and gas headaches) and using public transport as much as possible but thats just suggestions..what would you suggest ? I soon realised I be losing money on stocks and shares whilst spending a small fortune on mortgage repayments. When I did the sums I found I could pay rotten my mortgage by cashing in my shares so that's what I did.
Some tips:
1. Pay rotten any debts as fast as you can to put aside on interest charges.
2. Try to use credit cards as debit cards (i.e. pay bad the balance every month) to avoid running up hot debts.
3. Don't spend a lot of money on a saloon if you don't really need one.
4. Consolidate adjectives your debts into one payment at a correct interest rate.

I would avoid getting too deep contained by credit card debt. When I first got out of college, I be living beyond my means - not so much because I be living it up, but I wasn't making much money. Once my debt level become higher than my annual remuneration, I realized I have to turn things around. I got disciplined contained by keeping track of everything I spent (Quicken and Microsoft Money are good for that) so that I could see where on earth I could cut corners. I stopped using credit cards and started using either change or a debit card. Then I paid down those credit cards slowly but surely.
