Home values have be stedily declining for times gone by two years. Housing supply is way ahead of emergency. Dollar is falling in comparison to chief world currencies. The econmony is no longer creating new job. The trade imbalance is at history levels. Stock prices are dropping, while Gold is hitting history highs. Historic national debt. Crude Oil is trading at story highs. Wages are not in harmony with inflation.Should I verbs? Are you worried?

Credit crunch is bad, but market self adjust.
Some companies are finding it a good time to repurchase stock because prices are so low.
Luckily the Fed's usually terribly capable at combating recession. But these things have run their course. It is unprocessed for economies to dance through recessions. Consider it "growing pains" for a stronger, better discount.

Stop building so many freaking houses
Start exporting more American commodities ($ weaker)
Stop using so much oil by driving smaller number, developing better technology

We are close but it is an see year and it will be exciting to watch what will come of it. We have to go through an adjustment spell in genuine estate it was raging as far as appreciation was concerned surrounded by most areas. History repeats itself and we will come out of this stronger on the other side. It won't last forever and they are already doing things close to lowering interest rates to help the discount. Our spending has be out of control too.we be buying everything and putting it all on credit. That is not trueness!
