I'm not a financial guru, but I think a cashier's check is a check from a bank and drawn against the bank's own funds. While a certified check is a personal check that has been certified and is backed by good funds by the bank that holds the checking account.

My company recently replaced our nice, towering, quiet, private cubicles next to low, noisy, out contained by the open, cubes that own seriously hindered my ability to concentrate and win work done.Since the silohs have be broken and people are other roaming about, it seem that more and more people enjoy been stopping by beside exepected questions. If I am on the phone, they will verbs up a chair and keep on or worse, hover over my desk until I get bad the phone.
Worse yet, if my co-worker is on the phone or busy, the guest that is waiting for them will regularly strike up a convesation with me until they are free! It's completely distracting and I surface my productivity has gone down since their installation.
What can I enunciate or do to reduce these company from burglarizing my time and privacy? I am unable to prioritize effectively and it's seriously hinder my productvity to constantly cater to their needs.
