Moving out of the house?
I live in OK and getting a one bedroom apartment here can be vastly cheap. Why do people save saying that living on your own is expensive and rugged to do?If I was to move out and own the absolute bare bones such as food, water, electric, washer and dryer, furniture and vehicle I would be able to survive on 20K a year unless nearby is something that I am not seeing here.
All I would have to do is stay away from buying crap and live rotten the basics. So why do relations say its really sturdy?
Answers: It's hard if you live contained by Southern California. I make in the region of $24K/yr and I have 2 other roommates. Most of my money go for rent and food, and the rest goes to the electric bill, cable/internet/phone bill, cell phone, vehicle insurance, gas, laundry, supplies from Costco or Target, paying off the tv, and going out (drinks, karaoke, etc.) I would read out it's hard to move out by yourself because you enjoy increased responsibility and you have to pinch care of things yourself. When I moved into my apartment, our bright fridge could only be deliver in a 3 hour porthole and I couldn't take sour from work too early. If my roommates weren't available, I would hold had to loaf another week to get it deliver during the weekend.
The one thing that you own to take into information the cost of living where the populace say it is knotty. For example, a 1 bedroom, 700 sq/ft apartment in NY would run you something like $2,000 a month.
I just moved from a touch outside of the city (NYC) because for a 75 year old house that be only just about 1,000 sq/ft was going to run almost $600,000 with taxes around $10,000/ year. With prices similar to that, it is very concrete to live. Luckily, I had a skill set that I could filch to a different place where the cost of living is logical.
Well, it's expensive in the sense that you pay envelope everything yourself: the price for lighting the house is the same whether the cost is split among 4 other family or bourne by you alone. Same for rent, internet, heating and other amenities. Also, when you do grocery shopping, you won't know how to buy wholesale price, or the food will go desperate before you've have time to eat it - hence, the cost to feed yourself will be more. (e.g. closely of the time you'll only use a quarter of a vegetable and by the subsequent time you want to use the rest, it's gone bad).
It's also hard to live by yourself contained by the sense that you have to do everything yourself. There's never a third paw, even when you really need one! If there's no food contained by the fridge, you won't eat until you progress do groceries. It's like you other have to conjecture in credit for everything simply because there's noone to help you out. There's closely of little things that you take for granted when you live next to your parents (or even roommates) because you know that if you miss something, others will probably cover.
Aside from that though, I think 20K is plenty to live independently for a year. Last year I manage to pay college tuition, earnings rent, food and entertainment for that amount (I live in Montreal).

EBay is absolutely legit! It is simply the biggest and one of biggest auction site. I'd recommend reviewing your "sales pitch" and see if you can tweak it to engineer it more attractive. And, also check your settings to make sure you've get the ones you want. Then, you need to be forgiving. It may take a while but you will flog the unit.
