Fed up next to UPS?
Here is some info on my little incident;I was simply notified that nearby had be an "exception" with my collection (I (a)!$#ing payed 20 bucks to get it here today!) and that they have attempted to deliver it at 6PM, but no one be home. THE LIARS!! I have be waiting ALL DAY for this, including the time they mentioned. Also, no paper, no information no anything! I thought they were supposed to be off some kind striking with further instructions!!
ARRRRRRRRRGG!!

any horror stories from our not-so-favorite-shipping-company? Care to share?
PS: I have no belief what category this should be in.
Maybe the complaint files of UPS would be better. Who know.
Answers: Their service has noticeably gone to the dogs. I had several packages come earlier Christmas. The first was a box beside several different kinds of food. They threw it surrounded by front of our main entryway. We hold two labs. When I got home the food be gone and all the wrapping adjectives over the yard. Three days then another package come in beside a skateboard in it. It be thrown in impossible to tell apart place, but the dogs didn't bother it, didn't have a yummy smell to it, but the box be all bang up and bent. You could tell the dogs have not done this by looking at it. The skateboard was undermined. I caught up beside the UPS guy and told him to leave my packages within a safe place ( I told him where on earth ) so the dogs wouldn't bother them and not to leave any collection that had be banged around. A week passed and when I come home from work, there be another package and although he put it within "the safe" place, it was still bent and smashed. I took it to the home department and threw a fit. They took care of it.
What ever happen to having to sign for UPS packages? They stipulation to revamp or hire better employees. What a headache and mess. So I know exactly where on earth you are coming from. Go to the main organization and complain big time. Good luck.
The key to UPS is to ring up them every 1/2 hour and tell them you hold not received your package.
As I bring to mind, the last time I have a problem, I called them all-day, every 1/2 hour, until, I guess they get tired of me calling.
They finally called and told me the deliver guy would be knock on my door at any moment. Whew!
It's much easier to deal beside FedEx.
I also hate UPS. They vanished my baby christmas offering outside in the driveway. I be home all sunshine because I don't work. So I really didnt understand the purpose of that. When my husband come home at 8:00pm he brought the package inside the house and said it be just siting within the driveway. I was so piss. What if someone would hold taken it.
