Oil trade queation?
Oil is trading at about 100 usd/barrel within the the USA. What is it trading in the UK or France, Russia, Brazil?? Or China.Is it trading at their equivalent?
Answers: If I am not mistaken, grease is traded by these other countries in the equivelent of the US dollar amount. Since grease is about $100 USD per container, the equivilent is as follows (as of 01.09.08):
UK- 51.06 GBP
France-68.21 EURO
Russia-2,445 RUB
Brazil-176.90 BRL
China-726.25 CNY
I think other countries own to utilize the USD for oil trading. The convenience of the USD is decreasing and I would not put it past OPEC to amend the currency type for trade. This will make the prices of grease for a lot of countries rise significantly.

its depends on who you are buying it from.. you can put a bid out for 98/barrel for 100 barrels or 9,800 dollars, and it will probably sell by days train. even if oil is trading at 100 dollars, second, its equivalent but the US dollar is thin compared to the Euro so 100 bucks here would be 68 euros. so its much cheaper overseas right now.
-keep within mind im a professional investor and have the resources to put a bid within the market and see when a street trader accepts the bid.

Answers: Autocratic management is where the manager(s) make all decisions and these decisions are only discussed with fellow managers.
Participative management is where all (or most) employees get to contribute to a cause, decision, policy, etc.
I think participative management is best because there are more options and knowledge exchanged in the decision making process, making the results more acceptable to the company's general population. This style of management also encourages moral and ownership in one's job or position. I believe in the old addage that "Two (or more) heads are better than one". Any type of leadership style is subjective, though. This type may work well for some, and not for others.

Gas lighting is not as bright, and it is impressively dangerous, risk of fire much much greater. Also costs more.
Also environmental risk ... you obtain to breath in second mitt smoke, much worse than being around a tobacco user.
So thanks to the muted bulb, we all catch to enjoy better working conditions, improved lives, stronger economy.
