They are taking money out of my paycheck that I could use to buy a clean car but can't because they are taking it. Is it official for them to track my on my personal time? Point blank, if you use the company sports car for PERSONAL time you pay for it. You buy the gas and you get hold of charged mileage.
Use the car for work consequently park it at home and you use your car you take-home pay NOTHING.
