Do you reckon if I write to my phone Co.'s headquarters my issue beside them could be resolved?
I have have an issue with my phone company for seven months very soon, since I started my service with them ( I procure charged for someone else's long distance on my bill). I have call every time I got a clean bill, but it has still not be resolved. I want to keep my service, but want this resolved. Do you devise if I write to their headquarters (its a major company) my issue is potential to get resolved or will they merely throw my letter within the recycling bin? Anyone work for a phone company and enjoy any input?Answers: It helps if you own documented every time you called and everyone you talk to and everything they said. If you don't have specific times & date & names, I'm not sure anyone will bear you seriously.
I have for a time notebook I use specifically for things like this. I've solely had to use it once, but it sure be worth it for that one time they tried to screw me hard and jerk me around a lot.
Also if you do agree on to write a letter, engineer sure you address it to the right person. They probably won't want to furnish you that information at first, and you may have to keep hold of asking to speak to supervisers, and the first few people you confer to will probably either fabrication or don't know themselves, so keep calling. It might be considered a fritter away of time, but personally I believe it's better than allowing yourself to be a subject.
Of course. If those people care about inhabitants switching to their company so much, they would help their customers so they would not solely stay with the company, but also they might describe more people. Hope that help. = )
