Having recently be scammed by a Chinese company (yes i know what your thinking) im seeking a new supplier to introduction electrical goods into the UK. I hold sourced a couple on www.alibaba.com but am unclear as to which ones enjoy the longest trading history with western countries. I hold limited my selection to "gold sellers" as i assume this method they are logit? however i wish to source a service which allows me to confirm this sites illustration that the companies in query are genuine. If they convey you the money back that routine they are not agreeing to the payment of 10.00 a week. They can turn you over to collections but can also scrap it with your attempt to money. If they have kept any of the money later they have agreed to anything you sent them.

Yes of course they can still turn you over for collections. The stability is due in full at time of service. If they give you time to pay, later that time is over. Either pay it surrounded by full now or cause a new allowance arrangement or they can send it for collections and or legalized action.
EDIT: Pay no attention to the uninformed human being who wrongfully "CLAIMS" they can do nothing by canon. We sued and won against some who thought that as well. Your best bet is to appointment them and see if a new compensation plan is OK or pay it bad somehow. They do NOT have to adopt your payments nor is a past taking on of same payment generate a bit of difference especially if you missed any payments. The only point is, if you had a wage agreement and kept it, then they are justifiably bound to continue as long as you kept your completion of the bargain. If you missed or be late near any payments, then the agreement be broken by you and they can no longer be held to their end of things.
Jcuriel have no clue what he is talking in the region of either when he claimed because they refuse payment you do not enjoy to pay them legitimately. I have never hear such misinformed BS in my existence. Just call the docs bureau and see what can be worked out in regard to payments. Be polite, if the clerk you speak to is not helpful or nice, ask for their supervisor. They can turn you over to collections any time they close to. Most of the people who run the billing are mind departed anyways, relying on computers. Person to person contact is non existent.
Have you call them to find out why they will not except your payment?
Um...TECHNICALLY...since they hold refused the cheques... You are no-longer reasonably required to continue paying them on that debt.
However, speak to a attorney FAST! (Most reputable lawyers will allow you an initial consult for free.) Also, anything you do...DO.NOT.LOOSE.THOSE.CHEQUES! (And keep the dispatch as well.) Also, maintain your options unfurl, and if necessary, report the doctor to the local BBB and College of Physicians and Surgeons!
Please details, that whatever else happen, you will likely hold lost the right to use that doctor in adjectives.
check the amount of medical bills and try to have insurance co reward more. also increase $10 to $20.
02 Phone Bill Shocker - Please push for?
I got my phone bill from 02 this morning and it be lb284.50 for a month.Most of the charge is calls to another 02 number.
When I first get the phone I was advise by an 02 customer service member that I have free 02 to 02 calls, which be never implemented on my depiction.
02 are currently investigating my claim.
Just wondering if you think they will sting me for the total amount or will they recalculate my bill taking into account to call to other 02 numbers??
I am freaking Pissed at the moment - I am sure steam has come from my ears!
Answers: wooo :O:O yikes thats a big bill for a month!! if you be told that by an 02 member of staff later you shouldt have to pay packet it back and argue near them if they say you do because how be you to know different? if it gets worse seeklegal counsel as you WERE given false information by a member of THEIR staff. they should agree to you off the bill AND grant you some nice 02 rewards for a "sorry" gesture for making you contemplate you had to track such a high bill :D obedient luck!

If it is a case of mis selling walk to trading standards with what proof you own and they will have to rescind the bill.
