Have you ever found a good deal on ebay?




Answers: I bought a halloween costume on ebay that was cheaper than the stores price.
I've gotten a few good deals on used textbooks at Half.com which is part of eBay. I've also had it work the other way. I bought one described as "like new" which had water damage, extensive highlighting and writing throughout and the cover was starting to come off and paid almost full price for it. It's definitely "buyer beware" although in my experience most sellers are honest.

I find that eBay is good for finding things you can't find in stores. I found a old SNES game that my son wanted and a collectible Barbie that my mother-in-law wanted. They weren't particularly cheap but they weren't overpriced either.

What are some comfortable ways to kind money online?

I want legitimate ways to sort money. Lots of money.

There is no confident way to engender money, on the Internet or otherwise. to make money requires unyielding work, lots of it. If it was flowing to make money on file, everyone would be doing it. come up with a great impression, work hard to develop it, invest your money to receive it started, and then you will make your goal. Good luck.

I received my Performance Evaluation Report and my boss have score it enormously low... what can I do to...?

Answers: Here's what you can consider doing:

1. Introspect and write down a list of things that you quality you have done for your company which deserve appreciation i.e. inventory down your achievements.

2. Seek some time to agree with your boss and progress over your recent achievements next to him/her.

3. Get a view from him/her in the order of the reason for your low rating.

Remember... not a soul can keep a consummate and competent person down for long... so if you are confident that you deserve better next voice your concern

What NOT to do

DO NOT FIGHT WITH YOUR BOSS... be assertive.. not aggressive.


After all the chitchat.. if you feel that the boss does not appreciate you at adjectives even on areas where you hold genuinely done virtuous work then SEEK A NEW JOB... thats life span... it sometime stinks!
Ask for constructive criticisms if none was given. Ask her how you can modernize, and ask her to set goals for you to assemble. And don't just do what she suggests, do it above and beyond. Don't in recent times make the objective, exceed the goal.

If you do everything she say, and even do things she didn't ask, and you still can't impress her. Then its a lost cause, time to any get over it, or find a brand new job.

Show improvement!! But she probably won't modification her view of you....Better to aim other employment!!
Listen. Respond Positively.

First, make sure you infer what the issues are. If you truly don't understand ask question. If you still don't understand ask for examples of what you did wrong and how you could own done it better. Schedule a follow up meeting if you didn't bring this in the evaluation. Then, programme other follow up meetings, conceivably once a month, to ask for feedback. Any reasonable boss doesn't expect you to relocate overnight, but this behavior shows you care, and that you are trying.

Don't perform defensively, pass blame, or repeal into your shell. These things give the dent you are immature or simply don't concern.
Change her mind?
You can't change populace.
From here on out.. it's an uphill battle.
Start over beside another job keeping the poor rating contained by mind.
