Looking to conscript construction project manager and superintendents.?
I've got to find individuals to go to work hasty or my company is going to close our division. Does anyone know what I can do to find constructions companies that need team and really high standard employees who want to step to work? I work with project manager, superintendents, estimators, civil/mechanical/electrical engineers. So far 95% of my clients are ENR Top 400 general contractors or ENR Top 500 design firms.Answers: Look here:

Farmers get far smaller quantity money than they deserve for their livestock and other valuables they have from their farm.Answers: Small family farmers are "poor" because of the costs of operating versus the price received. But the restaurant chains usually by from generous produce vendors and ultimately from the farmer. At most minuscule that's the case within my area. I am a cultivator. We do sell to some of the locally owned restaurants for rational market price. But the "Olive Gardens" & "Applebee's" usually by from wholesale distributors. Farming is close to going to Vegas, its a gamble everyday. You invest money to grow produce, but it solitary takes one storm, drought, etc. and its gone. In my nouns, profitable farming is from July until October. You hope that the public keep coming to your farm. We don't depend on the corporate stores or restaurants for income; only the individuals and local store owners. Another problem with small farmers selling to generous chains is the product insurance requirements. Most of us little guys can't afford it. In short, some farmers are poor because income just hasn't kept up beside the cost of living. People expect to pay more for a coup¨¦ or gas every year, but they still want the price of "farm" fresh produce to be at last years price. My bills move about up too and my pay isn't guaranteed every week and I don't own group health insurance. (Of course that's another story:)) I hope this help.
