Employment Tribunal - Disability Discrimination Has Anybody Used this method?
Hi I am currently taking my employer to a tribunal for unfair dismissal and disability nouns. I wondered if anybody had gone through this process and how they found it.Answers: Hya, I am partially way through this procedure fortunately near the help of a gd firm of employent specialist solicitors. The hardest part of the pack is proving that you are actually "disabled" below the disabililty discrimination work 1995. Even though I receive DLA at the higher rate & also a blue prize holder I am not automatically disabled under the DDA! However, some illnesses are automatically classed as applicable approaching wise if you be a blue/green badge holder prior to 1999 (i cogitate!). Can you give me a bit more info & I can try & pick my solicitors brains for you!

What is your belief going on for this together levy rebate plan?
It makes me manner of nervous that the elected representatives could go into more debt near the economy anyone much less than model at the moment. Then again, part of me is resembling I could use that money!What do you think? & if it pass, what would you do with your rebate money?
I would attach that to the amount I have save for a new saloon downpayment.
Answers: I'm against it. Will $800 per person really do much to spur the cutback? I feel its a squander of money that the Fed Govt doesn't have to spend. $180 billion dollars should be allocated to paying down the national debt.
It's political "fanlight dressing" that the president is using to show the people that he care. Will $800 or $1600 dollars do much for the families whose home are human being foreclosed on? I think not. If the Govt really desires to do something, they should help the home owners who are give or take a few to be foreclosed on.
Don't get me wrong, I not for helping those who didn't read the fine print of their mortgage documents or who be betting on rising real estate prices. But the Rebate will do nil to help those folks.
My household doesn't even qualify for the rebate. how gala is that? I pay ample taxes. The majority of my annual property taxes is for the public school district of my city. I don't even enjoy kids. How fair is that? I own to pay for everyone else children but my own.
Out full tax system wants to be over hauled. We want a flat tax or a consumption excise. I'm tired of the "Redistribution of Wealth" that our currents system is so fond of.
I work hard for my money and am tired of paying adjectives the taxes we currently do.
This is just more foolishness. We still don't even know who is to draw from what or why, but the earliest anything could go out is June, making it even more ridiculous.
The establishment wants to pretend they're "giving" something, but they can't as they own NO money, they take OUR money and this constant "income redistribution" aka socialism is for idiots.
The small amount they MIGHT want to afford out is not going to help. On the one foot they want to pretend this is a government endowment WHILE at the same time they want to increase the gas toll ("over time") ANOTHER 40 cents. Regressive tax jerk!
This is just another path to debase the money which already has NO utility thanks to the idiots contained by the government who know NOTHING almost economics whatsoever.
My rebate will not help the cutback...what ever i get i will earnings my 07 taxes with...
I suppose they should have extended the laying-off benefits that would get the money to those who necessitate it and are willing to spend instead of dropping contained by the bank..
How should I ask my grandpa for a loan?
My husband and I are thinking about purchasing a home within Toronto, however we don't have ample money at this moment to pay for it, however if we get my grandfather involved who is a millionaire and does real estate himself we know near our savings and businesses we will be capable of pay him hindmost. Why don't you talk to him? I wouldn't be asking folks I never talk to for money. Maybe develop a shrewd relationship with him and later ask. Or maybe acquire your mother to ask on your behalf.
In that case, a moment ago be honest. Tell him you are considering purchasing a home but don't have adequate of your own money to do it on your own. I am sure he will work something out with you.
Considering that your grandfather lives contained by a foreign country, this could be a bit of a challenge. I'm sure that as a physical estate investor, he is probably used to being asked for loans and investment opportunity quite frequently. The reality that you are family will indeed help, but I would only just approach this situation like any business scenario. Ask politely, distribute him an email or a letter first, next try calling a few times. Remember to compensate for the time difference and call at a upright hour for him, usually in the middle of the afternoon.
