Can employer take off overpayments from your mound side?

I suppose to get an overpayment on the 15th which is today, nearly 4 days ago i recieved a letter wise saying ive been overpaid and enjoy to give the money hindmost , my contract finished so they paid me for the hours i didnt do, but if the money is suppose to travel on the 15th (today) then why did they dispatch the letter on the 10th, i dont return with it, anyone?

Answers: I had an overpayment begin to me. Legally they are not allowed to appropriate the money back from you, you would obligation to write them a money order/cashiers check and pay it stern!
They can't cancel the stipend or you wouldn't get salaried anything. They can't do that the over payment is their mistake not yours, you could sue.

No they can't take off from your bank narrative, they would have to be in motion to court to recover the over contribution if you do not send them a cheque.

If it's a massive amount they will go for a officially recognized solution; if it's not and it would mean small claims court, the cost of reclamation against the cost of a legal armour means outside of a few packages they will not proceed.

Very unlikely they would get costs against you if they hold admitted they are at guiltiness so they would loss more than they recover - doomed to failure business?

Put it in a deposit vindication and wait them out is a suggestion single :0}
They can't access your bank narrative to take money out.

Can you explain what's wrong near this simple work scenario?

A man pays a man 5 cents to produce a pencil in his factory. When the pencil is done, the boss puts it surrounded by his shop window to deal in for 15 cents. The worker makes two more pencils, afterwards has the 15 cents and buys the pencil. The boss later has alike money he paid for production and 2 pencils he can't go until the worker makes another three pencils and 15 cents. So the boss offer the pencil for 10 cents. The worker buys it and walks away near 2 pencils and a nickel. The boss paid 30 cents, get back 25 cents and have 5 pencils he can't sell. Please explain how a profit can be made by the plant owner.

Answers: That doesn't manufacture sense. Why can't the boss sell the other 2 pencils in the past the guy makes 3 more? The plant would kind money by selling pencils that we in essence already rewarded for. After he sells the first pencil the rest is profit.
