I had a wal-mart visa giftcard for $100 and when I tried to spend $100 on something I wasn't competent to use it because the card had taken $1 endorsement fee bad of it. (Kinda like a debit card does) So concluded up I had to spend $1 smaller number than the acutal amount I wanted to spend.Answers: Most any card have all kinda of "fees" to brand money.
