A friend sent a family unit member to the location they furnish to check it out for me; it is a company that handles the shipping for the RSM Firm, is not a headquarters of any characteristics. It is a bogus company with a false address.

Yes, I have gone on to the website and jam-packed out the short form, and a Howard Reed callled me back the subsequent day and said that I have was granted over $300,000 dollars, but needed to dispatch $489.00 by cashier check, and it would be refund if by some reason I did not receive the forfeit. I just received the 6 page contract (if that's what you hail as it) today Jan. 15th, and it looks as if he typed it up in a hurry. Plus what also caught my eye is in that was no company missive head, no signatures from a so call underwriter,and there be numerous spelling mistakes. I have not sent any money and own been inquiring everywhere for someone that has be contacted by these people,and feel the same track I do. So thank you all for stepping up and alarm everyone. Also, FEDERAL grants don't require any levy and they do an extensive application process to grant such money. Hi there, contained by November me and my partner signed a contract to get our roof cleaned and painted etc which is supposed to begin anyday now and its costing over two opulent to get it done. After sorting out our finances we cant afford to enjoy it done anymore, so i called the company and told a wee not tell the truth stating that my partner was getting salaried off and we cant afford it immediately, they have requested a missive from his work to make sure he is getting remunerated off and logically this is a problem as he isnt! We had a seven light of day cooling off time which has come and went long ago but near xmas and things our finances are out of control, i really dont know how to win out of this now. I involve help! The company is aquasheild and im within the uk incase it makes a difference. ThanksAnswers: I would enjoy done the same piece as you, maybe you should report to them the truth, that you cant afford to pay it presently and that there is a big coincidence that your partner will be paid bad, so you cant take the risk. If they see up a fuss, try telling them that you wont know how to pay if they step ahead with the roof and if they could postpone it for 6 months that would be better for you.

Check the contract carefully.Has the company carried out or commenced the work inwardly the specified time? Is there another achieve out clause? You could always try relating them the truth. It may be that you are in breach of contract (though if no work have been carried out, they haven't kept their side of the barter yet) and will have to wage up.
oh dear, i see your dilemma...have you get a copy of the contract, i'm sure you can find a clause somewhere and tell them that nowhere contained by the contract does it state that you need a communiqu¨¦ from your hubbys "previous" employer, maybe phone your solicitor and see where on earth you stand...the fee'll be cheaper than your roof repairs.you could also casually mention this to aquasheild.
