Job commision - too illustrious?

Someone I know works in nouns management (I suggest – I’m not sure about the exact undertaking title, but it’s something to do with nouns and accounting). He works as a contractor to another, larger contractor, who in turn works for pretty a large company within London (let’s call it Company A). Recently this individual decided to administer up contracting and was employed (as a lasting employee) by Company A. This person have about 18 months worth of experience contained by the field and have been contracting for Company A for that 18 month time. He claims that Company A paid the larger contractor lb15,000 as a commission/compensation for hiring him. I’m not terribly knowledgeable give or take a few commissions, recruitment agent fees, etc so I am fundamentally curious to know if this a plausible amount? I cannot imagine why one employer would settle another lb15k for hiring someone - at least not at a milieu level. It may be greatly common at senior superintendent or director levels. I don't, regrettably, have any other information!

Answers: It of late depends on the situation. They may have have to buy out his previous contract.

Why should I attend OSHA Training? What are the benefits to my company for me anyone trained?

I need to convince my employer to recompense for me to attend an OSHA training conference. Now I need to come up beside reasons on a evidence memorandum. I am in charge of Safety for a 800 creature organization.

Answers: Well I would reflect that the obvious would be that have someone trained would give the company more in-site into what the law and regulations are, thus preventing the breaking of those regulations unknowingly. OSHA fines can be very steep I would regard that the cost of training and prevention would far out weigh the possible fines.
With 800 people OSHA compliance is mandate by many insurance companies.

By implement an approved OSHA plan, the company can seek lower insurance premiums. By maintain a safe work environment, the workers comp rate can also be reduced. With 800 general public, that is a huge money.
