Six Sigma. How do I know if the employee is certified? Is there a data base?

Answers: Hello Auto2U,

There is no such data base however, you can find out about the authenticity of certificate from the certification agency. For example, if an employee claims to be certified ASQ green belt, you can easily find out by contacting ASQ.

Warm Regards,
SKS
No because many organizations provide 6 Sigma certification so there is no common database.

Money launder?

Why the use of accounts at a central hill or other government-owned bank or use parliament accounts as the source of funds of a transaction is a risk factor for money laundering?

Answers: Banks and other depository institutions remain the
primary gateway to the U.S. financial system. Once
informal proceeds get into a depository institution, they
can be moved instantly by cable or disguised through
commingling with legal funds. With the
advent of Internet and remote banking, depository
institutions obverse increased challenges identify
customers and their customers’ sources of funds

... foreigners sending and receiving payments through
U.S. bank using “correspondent,” “payable through,”
or “nested” accounts, which, without passable due dili-
gence, can shield the payer’s true identity. The farther
removed an individual or entity is from the bank, the
more difficult it is to verify the identity of the customer.
Correspondent accounts and “payable through” ac-
counts streamline cross-border transactions but create
opportunity to use a U.S. or foreign bank lacking the
bank knowing the true recompense originator. A “payable
through” account at a U.S. wall would, for example,
involve a foreign bank holding a checking sketch at
the U.S. institution. The foreign bank could after issue
checks to its customers allowing them to write checks
on the U.S. account. A foreign dune may have sever-
al hundred customers writing checks on one “payable
through” commentary, and all are considered signatories on
the reason at the U.S. bank (Appendix A of source)

A variability on the “payable through” account is “nest-
ing,” contained by which foreign banks embark on correspondent ac-
counts at U.S. banks but next solicit other foreign banks
to use the report. Nested accounts provide indirect
access to the U.S. financial system by allowing a for-
eign bank that does not enjoy a direct correspondent re-
lationship with a U.S. financial institution to use another
bank’s U.S. correspondent portrayal. These second-tier
foreign banks after solicit individuals as customers. This
results in an exponential increase contained by the number of indi-
viduals having signatory authority over a single vindication
at a U.S. banking entity (appendix A of source)

What is/ are the target flea market of a garden resort?

what is/ are the target market of a garden resort?

http://www.phuket.com/kamalabaygarden/im...

here is an example of a garden resort.

Answers: That website intermingle helped abundantly. Thanks!! The answer to your question is complicated. My first quiz would be, where would the resort be located? For example, the target flea market for a resort in Thailand would diverge than the one for a resort in the southern US. You also own to think give or take a few the resort itself - is it near a shoreline, mountains, other activities, etc. What price point are you after? Would you market units, lease, time-share or freshly offer primarily a hotel? I know this is alot to throw at you. :-) But, you have to ask what the resort you're thinking "feel like" - casual, classy, illustrious end, more working class and so on. Then, you can start to put the picture together in your leader. And, then, you can set off to think going on for the possible target market(s). In what country do you live? Maybe I can point you to some resources that could be helpful.
