Quick company profile sound out?

hey

I have an interview at a Marketing company today which claims that they do own guarntee base salary . and while searching on G00GLE i purely came across a "rip-off" report ..thats a report or an article you write against that company if you thought the intact thing be a fraud ...well somebody wrote a report against the company and even duplicate branch (same location where I enjoy my interview today) .. report was 5 months ripened ... its a marketing company which told me that there is a guanrtee base-pay ..and claims that they also hold a dynamic way of paying . but report/article say that I probably won't get remunerated ... its only commission and make us work 50+ hours of work .

anyways ...let me know if its worth it .. i own BS in strength care and just reason i am going to interview is may be I could cram something and see if career amendment might bring a better job ..although todays interview - i am not too excited going on for ... by the way i am told to come for ALLLL morning 10 -8

Answers: This is a brain wash session you are individual invited to. You will get soaring pressure plus the "opportunity" to do a hands on marketing (hypeing) their product for nought.

Can you dub any eminent c.e.o's that started bad surrounded by the food industry?

after being within the food industry for a couple of decades, i am
back surrounded by school, getting an A.A. within business. a close person to me say to down play all of the cooking i enjoy done in times past and focus on the non cooking jobs, as far as "elevator pitches", employment interviews and my resume goes. i recognize needing to give emphasis to the non cooking jobs, but i know how much i get from cooking professionally. including managing, supervising, organizing skills, as economically teamwork, event planning, time organization, quality control, customer service, a purely to name a couple of skills. i enjoy about 20 years of professionally cooking and with the sole purpose 2 years of administrative type work. my friend says i should downplay the cooking as something i did for fun and not work. what should i do? i am not ashamed of my beginnings, but i don't want to see a chance to find into another business. thanks.

Answers: Read the stories of "the golden arches
and the story of Carl's Jr. both enjoy great "cooking" back-rounds. The Fred De Luca story is also great.

I would stress the value of what you did for your employer in the cooking industry. As an employer the first expediency I would see in someone that cooked be that they were plausible willing to work night and weekends the work of a restaurant is hard and long hours.

As an employer what I would be wary of is the idea that cooking is your true fervour and doing the work that I would be hiring you for would not be your true passion. Now if you are truthfully eager about your position that you are applying for and it is not only a job discussion about your long-gone hard work within cooking could be a benefit because it would highlight potential worth for your future employer.
