Answers: Your own practice will pay better contained by the long run and make you the boss. It's more risky and you may own to work more hours.
Should I post my product planning online? Will they obtain stolen?

Would the ideas feasible get stolen? Would I enjoy legal standing to sue if the conception were used minus compensation?

Answers: unless the ideas are copyrighted, anyone can use them and not obtain in trouble. and i don't believe they own to give you anything unless you signed a officially binding contract? even then in that may be some loopholes.
