Yes, It should come today. The weekend shipping is other delayed until Monday unless you get Saturday ship on the box.
Sometimes when I order on Thursdays I won't carry my packages until Monday and the Holidays delayed a little too.

If you hold really good entrpreneurship skills and a will to succeed. A drive to create it no matter what. Then start your own business.
But I'll caution you ... if you think you won't own a boss if you own your own company you're wrong. All your customers turn into "bosses" instantly. And instead of keeping one guy happy you own a 100 guys to keep relatively bullish.

Tough one to answer. This is what is set as a Catch 22 meaning you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.
Without knowing any details I would suggest finding a different situation if possible
i enjoy the same problem watressing, please the customer so they will come subsidise, or please my boss and piss the customer off. this is your christen. if you seek a superior possition in the company sometime, try not to run it into the ground, but if you don't intend to keep the undertaking for two more years, or havn't considered being a boss yourself, do what he says and forget something like the company's well individual, if he want's to ruin it and lose his job, that's his bussiness.
Ultimately, you've get to please your boss because he/she holds your paycheck and employment status in their hand.
If you feel your boss is not serving the best interest of the company, later you need to document those reason and offer some solutions that you deem would be better. Present this information to a 'higher up' and ask to be transferred to another department.

I don't deduce you can separate the two. I think ultimately you find to find a chirpy medium and work for both. I reflect the real problem might be your boss...shame on him/her for putting you surrounded by a position to have to agree on. Does you boss pay you out of his/her pocket or are you rewarded by the "company"? Assuming the Company pays both of you, you should both be doing your best working for the company.

according to cynical leadership books, u are supposed to work for your boss, cuz it's him that decide if you go or stay. if you work against him like thing will evolve to you as it did to me: get fired.
but while i own a cynical outlook and read all those machiavelli books, you solely life energy once -- and i like to work for ppl who won't touch one of those books beside a 10-foot pole, which is what i was doing when i get fired...
and you know what... after i got firied, my boss did too! Because the Ops ppl and the accountants come out to support me, and my boss could no longer blame me for his own working-against-the-company thing. No company wishes someone like your boss that works against them -- however your bread and butter come from your boss, not your company.
Even if you can get your boss fired, it's probably not a right thing to do cuz next everyone will know you did that. The smart thing would be to work for you boss -- and spend at most minuscule 30 min ever day after work looking for another mission! (i'm alos too lazy to do that, and done up looking for another job full-time...)
