Ebay, when to post cynical feedback?

I brought a DVD off Ebay Australia and I live within NZ, the buyer stated that the item would take 25 days postage as it be being shipped from the USA, it have been over 50 days (double time) and I haven't recieved it however. The seller have great feedback and I emailed her a few times and she replied saying to email when it arrives and she'll try and track it down as she wasn't the one shipping it. Should I post gloomy feedback or nutral??

Answers: neither. file a paypal claim as item never recieved. paypal will rule within your favor and rufund all your money or the purveyor will try to resolve it and give you a partial/full compensation. save the feedback because if you leave your job neg feedback you'll just bring back it right back
I shipped an item to Australia from Canada, and it took close to two months back he received it. I can tell you, from a seller's point of estimation, there is not much you can do. Canada Post will stretch out a claim if the package did not arrive after 90 days, so probably indistinguishable thing for the US Postal Service.

I would boom the previous answer. If you feel the peddler is doing all she can to assist then keep on; specially if she has great feedback. If you hold not received your item after three months, then see what option her carrier within the US has to give in language of lost shipments.

How can register a brand in thailand?

Answers: You should register your trademark or copyright with the Thai Department of Intellectual Property, a division of the Ministry of Commerce. Tel +66 (0) 2221-9872. You might also want to consider seeking legal advice because registering is one thing but enforcing any breaches in another thing entirely.

I work for a company that might be able to assist you (we're not a legal firm but we do have experience of this side of business). Send me an email with some more details and I will try to help. If not I will suggest other firms that might be better suited. Good luck.
