It is up to you if you are the tenant and there sre serious penalty if you do not comply where gas is concerned.

Some buyers REALLY suck!! I sold a game online and give the buyer a nice discount after she emailed to ask me to take smaller number for it, THEN shipped it for free!When she didn't have the item a week subsequently (2 weeks before Christmas) she rapidly filed a PayPal claim, and with ease they found in her favor so I am out a pretty big chunk of money.
My examine is this - why bother to state that I'm not responsible for the item after it was shipped unless they purchase insurance if it doesn't concern anyhow?? I shipped it, yet PayPal can still hold my money away?? This seriously bothers me.
I have shipped items on Ebay for over 5 years and NEVER have a package EVER draw from completely lost. Slow delivery time occasionally, but they other showed up. Apparently this is MY fault for not paying for tracking, but 1) buyer did not request it, and 2) I ship mostly after hours at an automated kiosk and tracking isn't an leeway.
So, why can they get the money fund? Can I protect myself??
Answers: im with like thing have happen to me. paypal a short time ago sucks balls. they usually rule contained by the buyers favor without even looking at the facts. something you can do for the adjectives is print your shipping labels stale paypal they make you draw from ship conformation and its usually cheaper than the usps usually charges ( it usually cost me 18 cents) and that way its proof directly on paypal that the item be shipped and you can track the package and you wont receive scammed. thats what i do now i amount an extra 18 cents aint a big deal and will product you for dirty buyers. and paypal can steal the money away because its all within the user agreement everyone signs but no one read
you can put a complaint on her,find out if it was deliverd to her, possibly she got it and scammed you.iv be on ebay and got scammed myself.one guy didnt dispatch my item and kept the money o-well i paid contained by money order and since i didnt use clear pal i be screwed out of $50,then this one foregen woman also took my money $50 an i paid foot pal and ebay said i took to long for a complaint so possibly you can go above adjectives thier heads and wallet a claim with postal fraud.as for your cross-examine i think ebay is the fraud.
