Got other on a clean saloon but very soon...the loan interest rate is shifting.?
I bought a new 2008 vehicle and got it financed at a 4.99% rate through a local Credit Union. I also traded within 2 vehicles and a week following the loans for both of them had be paid bad by the dealership.15 days later someone from the Credit Union call me to verify my SSN and then asks me to Fax within my SS Card !! I don't do this and then 2 weeks latter my Dealership calls me to hold more information faxed in. W-2, etc. Which I do.
I didn't hear anything for several more weeks (Holidays) and presently my dealership called me to say aloud that the loan was kicked put money on or something and that I needed to come back up to re-sign the paperwork. The fresh loan will be at a "higher interest rate"
It have been 60 days since I 1st drove rotten the lot with the motor. I live in Oregon.
What I am I responsible for if I don't approaching the new loan?
Can I reverse the whole transaction and tolerate the dealer save my trade-in's? I don't want em.
