But on a serious note, those aren't markedly good employer. If employers and bosses want a better work force or environment, they enjoy to look out for the best interest of their employees, not purely work related, but especially the morale.
Most the time employers are something like me me me, and forgets about one of the most prominent assets; the employee, who deeply makes the company what it is.
To comment on Earl, yes Working alone is nice. Being self employed, although the minute you stop working, you stop making money. If you capture sick or hurt, no more money. Same in corporate America. However, you swot up how to develop leverage and build a team and school them how to make money, next everyone will be happy.
