Cashing a check explicitly someone elses?
I know someone who recieved a letter contained by his P.O.box meant for someone else and in that was a signed check inside made out to a violin repair shopnot a baptize .He says he can sign a made-up name on the spinal column and cash it.He said here is no way it could be traced fund to him.Is that true?Answers: No, that's not true. Banks are smarter than that...
If he has an details at the bank, they'll write his tale number on the back of the check until that time they'll cash it. If he doesn't own an account at the mound, they'll make him put his thumb-print on the check, and show some ID. Either course, when the violin shop tells the customer they didn't achieve paid, the customer will beckon the bank, and the wall will do some research, and your friend will GO TO JAIL.
Tell him to do the right thing, and forward the check to the violin shop or return it to the sender.
That's why he is not going to find any place to dosh the check. What is he planning to use for ID to prove his 'fake name' anyway?
Do the right entity, and send the check to the violin shop.
Yes and No. They can trace the check to where on earth it was cashed, and if the individual remembers where the mail it, they can trace it back to the address. But the Name probably not. besides most places involve an ID to cash a check.

if your wife is near a Maybank branch she can amenable an ATM account. once you own the ATM card you can withdraw from Maybank ATMs within Malaysia for PHP20.00
if the amount to be transfered its quite substantial, telegraphic transfers is notably recommended. big Philippine banks similar to BPI, BDO, Metrobank has this facility. fees swing so please check. HSBC Philippines allow int'l telegraphic transfers, doing it online costs from USD22.00
