What is the difference between revenue and bookings ?
I am analsing financil data that contains bookings from top 10 customers of a out of the ordinary product line. The information includes total bookings for year 2007 and runrate for the 4 quarters.Answers: Booking = contract that can be invoiced against
Revenue = lolly received from invoices
Backlog = Bookings from previous periods that hold not been invoiced.
I agreement beside around 100 RFQs a month and I inevitability a route to track them and the quote responses. Any thinking?
