Can Bank of America distribute overdrawn accounts to an attorney's organization if the amount is smaller quantity $500?
Bank of America sent me a threatning letter stating that my report has be overdrawn and they will take the following travels:1) Report my account to ChexSystems-and will remain for five years
2) Also report to collection agency and/or an attorney.
My picture was overdrawn due to losing my work, can they take me to court for a total overdrawn amount of $146.00?
