I am a front desk clerk at a motel, and one of our long-term guests came up to ask if I would approaching a partime job making lease for his company. He would pay $200 a daytime. I am a student, and getting married in a year and a partially so that money would really come in handy. Something only just doesn't sit right with me...Maybe I simply feel discomfited because sometimes he seems for a moment too friendly with me, and once even come down without his marriage ceremony ring on. What should I do? Could any legal issues spill out at my feet because I put his lease together, if he turned out to not be legit? It has to to do near energy resources, grease, etc.Answers: Trust your instincts.

Don't if you have a unpromising feeling just about it. Your gut is always right. Stay beside your steady job.
do some research on his business and variety sure he is legit
then construct sure what your responsibilities would be and get those surrounded by writing. after that if hes legit and you feel polite about it be in motion for it if you dont feel right in the region of it dont do it ...
