I ate food from a vending domestic device and get REALLY sick! The company will not minister to me what should I do?

I drank a Coca-Cola Classic. I also ate other stuff but I later saw other those eating like peas in a pod thing and they did not procure sick. So it was the soda. I read out this because when I returned to the vending machines to get the phone number sour of them to make a complaint, the gadget I had bought the Coke from have been REPLACED! The apparatus I had bought the food from be still there. Not simply that, but the entire company had be changed. They changed the machine within the same week I get sick! Not even a week had passed! They told me I have to keep the can for them to lend a hand me! Who holds on to the can? You buy soda from a vending machined you drink it and then throw it away! You don't hang on to it and save it forever!! Outrageous! They are desperately trying to avoid a lawsuit. But them shifting the vending machines really shows their guilt! Why would you change a vending mechanism exactly when some one gets VERY sick from them?!?!? ummm...To avoid a lawsuit probably? What should I do?

Which biographical characteristics best depicts productivity? Absenteeism? Turnover? Satisfaction?

Answers: Turnover
Are you sure you mean biographical? do you mean demographics? as in reference to people's age, background, race, place where they live - used in marketing research?

To depict productivity in a company - you look at turnover and profit, some companies have a very high turnover with little profit due to large overheads. Absenteeism gives an idea of staff morale and general health of the workforce - but this can be affected by many outside influences. As for satisfaction, how do you quantify it? from staff or customers? All companies aim for customer satisfaction, as happy customers are regular customers.
